There is a 1-year limited warranty covering functional defects in Nashville Pack and Equipment Company manufacturing and materials. Defects will be repaired if possible. If not, a replacement will be issued. We will reimburse shipping if the issue is found to be a defect per the terms of the warranty.
We encourage all of our customers to contact us if they are having any issues with our products. We want to know where we can improve, and will handle these issues on a case by case basis.
Refunds or exchanges can be issued for unused packs and straps within 30 days of delivery. You can pack them and try them on so long as you don't work out with them on, take them outside, or damage them. Exchanges are available on in-stock items only. We cannot exchange your purchase for a product in a different fabric or design.
Return shipping will be at your expense, and we will need to inspect and confirm the product's unused condition before issuing a refund or exchange for the item. If the product is not in an acceptable condition, we will not issue a refund/exchange and shipping back to you will be at your expense. If you choose to exchange for a new item(s), you will also need to pay shipping for the exchange item(s).
We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Please inspect your products and make sure they fit within the return/exchange window.

Repairs covered under our warranty will be done free of charge. Repairs not covered under warranty can be done for a fee. We’d rather not see our packs anywhere but on the trail.
