Custom Sizing

We are not currently offering custom torso lengths, however, custom shoulder straps sizing is available upon request.

Repairs 

If you have any questions about repairs, please email us directly at contact@nashvillepack.com rather than using the form below and include photos of the area in need of repair.   

Changing an Existing Order 
Changes can be made to domestic orders if you alert us soon after the order was placed. Made-to-order products cannot be changed once the fabric order has been placed. Multiple orders can be combined and shipped together but this does not change the price of shipping that was already charged. International orders cannot be edited once submitted. The only way to make a change to international orders is to cancel and place a new order.
