Shipping & Insurance Policy
Standard Shipping Insurance:
Shipments include $200 of insurance through Shopify. As a backup, most carriers include a standard $100 of insurance. Legally, we cannot claim both. Insurance claims will be pursued to the full extent, but we cannot guarantee payout of claims.
This standard coverage is included at no additional cost with your shipment. However, please note that this basic coverage may not be sufficient for higher-value items.
Enhanced Shipping Protection via Navidium:
For additional peace of mind, we offer optional enhanced shipping protection through Navidium. This premium protection service provides coverage for the full declared value of your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. No wait times or claims to process, we immediately resolve the issue upon confirmation of loss/damage/theft.
How to Add Navidium Protection:
Enhanced shipping protection can be added during checkout for an additional fee based on your order's total value. Simply select the Navidium protection option before completing your purchase.
Liability Limitation **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**:
By declining the optional Navidium protection, you acknowledge and agree that our company's liability for lost, damaged, or stolen packages is strictly limited to the standard insurance coverage described above.
- For orders valued above the standard insurance limits, we strongly recommend purchasing the additional Navidium protection.
- If you choose not to purchase additional protection for higher-value items, you assume all financial risk beyond the standard carrier coverage limits.
- Our company will not be responsible for reimbursing, replacing, or otherwise compensating for any loss, damage, or theft beyond the standard carrier insurance limits if you decline the optional Navidium protection.
Claims Process
For Standard Shopify/Carrier Insurance:
1. Contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date
2. Provide your order number and shipping details
3. We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf
4. Reimbursement is limited to the standard coverage amount
For Navidium-Protected Orders:
1. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
2. Provide your order number and shipping details
3. We will assist you with the Navidium claims process
4. Approved claims will be remade and shipped again as quickly as possible. No hassle, we've got you covered.
