Stock Packs

Get one free size exchange within 30 days of receiving your pack order. We'll send you a prepaid return label and cover shipping both ways—just reach out to us and we'll take care of it.

Made-to-Order Packs

Your custom pack was built specifically for you, but we know fit matters. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can exchange the vest straps one time at no charge. We'll send prepaid labels for the return and for sending your new straps. Please note: only non-customized vest straps can be exchanged.

3. Send back your item or straps
4. We'll ship your new size at no cost to you

This program is available for domestic (U.S.) orders only. Items must be in original, unused condition to qualify for exchange.
