Stock Packs
Get one free size exchange of your pack and/or straps within 30 days of receiving your pack order. We send you the label, you send it back, and your new size arrives soon after.
Made-to-Order Packs
Your custom pack was built specifically for you, but we know our strap system can be confusing to size. Non-customized straps from Made-to-Order packs can also be exchanged, no cost to you.
How It Works
- Contact us (contact@nashvillepack.com) within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll email you a prepaid return label
- Send back whatever needs to be exchanged
- We'll ship your new sized items back, no cost to you
This program is available for domestic (U.S.) orders only. Items must be in original, unused condition to qualify for exchange. Must request within 30 days of order delivery date. Only applies to orders containing a pack body. This covers one size exchange per order and applies to exchanges only--standard return policies, including restocking fees, apply to all returns.
