March 2026 Flooding Incident

On Monday, March 2nd, we arrived to the shop to find that a coupling on our toilet supply line had burst, flooding our entire workshop.

After a couple frantic days, we are beginning the process of rebuilding. It will take time.

We have already contacted all standing Stock orders and will be contacting MTO customers who may be affected by possible delays.

Our best guess is a 3-4 week disruption. It is early and there's a lot of things to handle, so we will provide updates as we receive them.

Thank you to all of our customers for their support and loyalty through this difficult situation. We want you to have your packs just as much as you do! We will do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible and get back to work!
